1. Start from Scratch or Use AI Builder

Choose how you want to begin:
  • AI Builder: Just describe what you want — nRev will build a draft Workflow for you.
  • Trigger Node: Manually build by selecting your first data source or event.

2. Add Nodes

Build out your Workflow by connecting nodes. For example:
  • Search for people or companies
  • Enrich with data
  • Use AI to summarize or score
  • Export to Slack, Sheets, or CRM

3. Configure Inputs

Use the Run-Time Preference panel to define how input fields behave during execution.
Trigger fields are always captured in the setup form. Use “User Input” or “Review” options to make additional fields configurable.

4. Test the Workflow

  • Run test inputs to preview results
  • Adjust node logic or order if needed
  • Use single-node testing to debug

5. Save and Share

  • Save the Workflow to your account
  • Share it via link
  • Or click Publish as Play to submit it to the public library
